Location Confirmation — At clock-in or clock-out, Workant confirms that the employee’s location matches the designated work site or project location, and stores this confirmation securely.
Shift Work — Employees carry out their tasks as usual — no ongoing tracking takes place.
Clock-Out — The end-of-shift time and location are recorded.
